Made in Germany, HORL scissors excel at making ultra-fine cuts in the kitchen (though they are equally effective for use in arts, crafts, and textiles). They are extremely sharp, and cut from the tip all the way to the join of the two blades. They detach and reassemble easily, no extra tools needed, and can be re-sharpened using HORL knife sharpeners. They have a hardness of 56, comparable to German kitchen knives. They are great for thin cuts (noodles, herbs); not suitable for meat and poultry.
