Thin semi convex edges for the best balance of cutting ability and food release. Iron-guard ceramic coating for corrosion protection, water beads off the surface and reduces food sticking.

Coating lasts around six months depending on usage.Clean regularly with a soft non abrasive cloth and dish soap. Dry thoroughly before storing.

Sharpened at 17 degrees and should be stropped on soft clean leather daily for best results.

Carbon steel will rust if left damp or wet.

DO NOT DISHWASHER.
