Only use the appropriate blade guard for the corresponding blade size. Take care when inserting and removing the knife. The cutting edge of the knife should always face inwards towards the blade guard.

Small - Blade lengths up to max. 17 cm

Medium - Blade lengths up to max. 24 cm

Large - Blade lengths up to max. 32 cm
